WHO ARE WE?
North & Noble is a private consultancy working with owners and agents of exceptional homes. We are Iona, from the Highlands and Jamie, from Aberdeen — originally united by a love of travel, we now operate as a couple helping incredible venues to maximise their potential. We are kept busy by our work however our two energetic spaniels take up the most time!
We have several years of hands-on experience developing a venue into a now successful luxury property. Through that time we have built a strong reputation for delivering high standards, thoughtful design, and exceptional service. We have cultivated a large database of agents, dmc’s and individual clients who we will introduce to your property. Our approach combines local insight, creativity, and a deep understanding of what makes a stay truly special, allowing us to consistently exceed client expectation.
We provide discreet, high-end support covering guest enquiries, itinerary design, and full stay management. Our services are designed to be flexible, bespoke and tailored to each property.
IONA ANDERSON
Iona, from the Highlands, has a great love for the outdoors and would live in the mountains if she had the chance. Whether it is a long hike into the hills with the dogs or finding new trails deep in the woods, you will most likely find her outside somewhere.

Jamie is originally from the East Coast and enjoys spending time playing cricket and keeping up with every kind of sport. However, his true passion is travelling and discovering new places to explore both locally and worldwide and his bucket list is ever growing.

TRAINEE ASSISTANTRich is the newest member of the team and is already a pretty fast learner! He is enjoying learning the ropes from Beans and is sure to make a great right-hand man.

ASSISTANTBeans takes his job very seriously and brings a great enthusiasm to each task at hand. He has a deep love of running through the moors and enjoys nothing less than keeping our local pheasants in check.
